PROPOSED MD20 CONSTITUTION
& BY-LAW AMENDMENTS 2006

ARTICLE VI
MULTIPLE DISTRICT OR DISTRICT CONVENTION
SECTION 1. A Convention of Multiple District 20 shall be held
each year, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date set
for the International Convention at a place selected by the vote
of the certified delegate present and voting at an Annual Convention
of Multiple District 20, the date to be fixed by the Council.
Proposed amendment:
ARTICLE VI
MULTIPLE DISTRICT OR DISTRICT CONVENTION
SECTION 1. A Convention of Multiple District 20 shall be held
each year, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date set
for the International Convention at a place selected by a majority
vote of the Council of Governors at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Council.
