ROBERT B. SEIBERT
PAST INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR

Robert B. "Bob" Seibert, of Liverpool, New York, USA, was elected to serve a two-year term as a director of The International Association of Lions Clubs at the association's 73rd International Convention, held in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, July 11-14, 1990.

Past Director Seibert is a retired manager. He is a Life Member and past president of the Liverpool Lions Club and served as a district governor, council chairman and cabinet secretary/treasurer. Past Director
Seibert has also been a moderator and presenter at several USA/Canada Lions forums.

In recognition of his extensive service to Lions Clubs International, he has
received 20 District Governor Awards, the Rebuilding Lion Award, the 100% District Governor Award, Senior Master Key, 30-Year Monarch Chevron, Extension Award, four International President's Awards and the Ambassador of Good Will Award, the highest honor granted by the association to its members. He is also a Melvin Jones Fellow. He is an honorary life member of District A2 in Canada, as well as eight clubs in his home district.

Active in many community organizations, he is an honorary life member of the Central New York Eye Bank and is active in his church.
Past Director Seibert and his wife, Mary, have three children and three
grandchildren.
