You must be registered to be certified.
You must be certified to vote.
You must be listed on your club's delegate form.

The convention registration badge is required for admission to all convention sessions, and seminars.  Delegate/alternate forms are due no later than April 1, 2013. Delegate/alternate forms have been distributed to all Club Secretaries indicating the appropriate number of Delegates and alternates the Club is entitled to.  Numbers are based on membership reports obtained through Lions Club International, and reflect the number of members enrolled in the club for at least one year and a day.  Any decline in club membership after April 1st, 2013 will result in a decrease in Delegate numbers.  These changes will be made by the Certification Committee.

NO MEAL TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT CONVENTION PLEASE ORDER AHEAD.

This is the official call for the Annual Convention for the Lions Clubs of Multiple District 20, New York State and Bermuda, Inc. to be held the date of  May 17-May 19, 2013 in the  Adams Mark Hotel Buffalo , New York.
The Council of Governors has directed that the hours for Certification of delegates and voting shall be as follows:

1. After a brief discussion on the role of the club secretary the bulk of our time will be spent on LCI reports including the PU101, membership reports (transfers, updates, new members, etc.) and activity reports (including tips, shortcuts and signature activities). For this interactive/real time workshop participants may choose to bring their own laptop along with their user name and password to sign into the Lions Clubs International (LCI) website for their own club management.   2. After completing this seminar the attendees will be able to: a. lists the duties of a good secretary; b. have an understanding of all reporting forms and procedures required by LCI by utilizing the website; c. submit related reports before deadlines.
