1. After a brief discussion on the role of the club secretary the bulk of our time will be spent on LCI reports including the PU101, membership reports (transfers, updates, new members, etc.) and activity reports (including tips, shortcuts and signature activities). For this interactive/real time workshop participants may choose to bring their own laptop along with their user name and password to sign into the Lions Clubs International (LCI) website for their own club management. 2. After completing this seminar the attendees will be able to: a. lists the duties of a good secretary; b. have an understanding of all reporting forms and procedures required by LCI by utilizing the website; c. submit related reports before deadlines.

After completing this interactive/hands on seminar the participants will be able to: 1. List the qualities of a good treasurer; 2. Submit the related reports before deadlines; 3. prepare a Budget and Financial Report; 4. Pay dues to Lions Clubs International, Multiple District 20, and sub district (if applicable); and 5. Identify appropriate reporting forms to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). To join in the fun on interacting on the/your Lions Clubs International club management website please bring: a. your user name and password; and b. a form of hardware to access the Internet, e.g. laptop, tablet, smart phone.
